the 1 kilo lead thingy could be a boat weight as they do use weights upwords of 2lbs for holding bottom this is a link for a 2lb weight mould

I did have a write up but can't find it since i moved house.  Think mines a couple of thousand years old flo said. My opinion tho loom weights are pretty hard to date but experts gave me a date. Is yours like this on the other end.

Another use that  lead weights and other weights were used for by boats was to give an indication on depth when they were coming close to shore so they didn't damage the hull, although a 1 kilo weight might take the poor fellow over the side with it  Cheesy Cheesy
