 Hi.  As above please.
Can anyone recommend a tidy beach setting/programme for  a Garrett Ace 250.
im a NEWB and it will be my first time out.  I know that part of the fun and excitement  is learning about the machine and different settings and tones,  but at the same time I dont want to be daunted by the detector screaming at me with every sweep.
Hope you dont mind me asking?
   thanks all.

Sorry, can't help you with that one NEMESIS but I know there are a few Garrett users who will if they see your post.

You will find the Garrett fine on dry sand but you will have to reduce the sensitivity if you move onto the wet.
