went to n old military training  area and found a few coins lots of bullets 2 unfired and this
its about 3 inch long it says harry & sons of redditch. sorry pictures are a bit out of focus

The only thing it reminds me of is a Vespa Case.  Fancy box for putting matches in and just about the right size.
