arrived at the beach at 9.30 this morning, Met up with wayno and his oldman and james? Started off got soaked by a massive wave out of no where.

Dug 211 bullets( which is spooky because jokingly i wanted to beat jeff the wizard's 210 the other day!) Silver st christover, 2 hearts one old and one modern junk, very small  Victorian Silver ring , and what we thought was a 18ct gold ring  turned out to be 9ct 5.1g and a ruby once checked under the eye glass. Also had a nice little buckle, 3 threepennys , 2 sixpence , old penny , old halfpenny and old 70's hallpenny. 3 1p's and a 5p.

met up with jeff and his wife and his wife for an hour before we left, all in all a good day !

Must of dug 300-350 holes today!

thats very good going Matthew, you must have been digging at a rate of 1 a minute .... 350 finds would be round 6 hours on the beach!

u gotta be worn out after that session!  Grin Grin

Blooming eck Matt, I'll have to bear you in mind next time the garden wants digging. Well done on the ring though, they're few and far between at the mo.

Think you're going to make that 15k in bullets before long. Wink
