I managed to get out today, though my grandson wanted me to go to his to do a few things,,  but i said iv'e been waiting for a chance to get to this high mountain side for the last couple of weeks before it grows again after being burned off a few weeks ago,
i found a few coins including a 2 shilling piece and a silver 1926 sixpence, ohh and 28 golf balls lol , and a military webbing
I'm hoping to get back there by the end of the week,  the skies came over black and there was no where to shelter, already had one shower, but this looked to be worse as i found when driving home,

A good start looks like there is more to be found . I quite like searching the high ground the soil is usually not so deep and undisturbed so the finds stay near to the top. Lovely view !

Perhaps i could have taken another one showing how steep it is,
Trouble is with working on slopes like that is when you dig your signal it, or the clod that its in go rolling  down to the bottom if your not carefull,
