Pretty bit of silver for ID please

Hi Guys could you help please?
Small interesting piece of silver which has broken in half.
It has three heads and It appears to have a kings head on it?
It measures approximately 20 mm x20 mm.
It has/had a hole on each corner however two have broke away
Could any body please tell me what it is and possibly how old
