Hi Guys & Girls

Another little hammered `` Ceitil ´´ from Portugal

Ceitil Copper ( hammered )
King Afonso V ( 1438 / 1481 )
20 mm
1,9 grs

The `` Ceitil ´´ is the equivalent to the farthing, First minted under King Afonso V .  Its name comes from the name sextile, ie one sixth, these coins were minted from 1438 till 1578.

Returned to the scene of the crime, lol lol  and looked for what seemed to be in the photo a missed coin, but it actually proved not to be a coin.
I would have prefered to have made a mistake and find another hammered coin, but such didn´t happen

Whilst on the spot I did however find this bronze 10 Centavos coin 1925 and this bronze needle..
