Any tips for detecting around Narbeth, Wisemans Bridge or Saudersfoot guys and gals?

Heading that way in a few weeks.

Saundersfoot is a superb ring beach BUT only at the lowest of low tides below the fishermens stands
the middle and top of beach is littered with metallic rubbish so you really only got an hour or two at best in the good areas...PaulB.

Not been to Saundersfoot for a while Neil but like Paul says it's a great beach for rings, I have had a few rings from the top of the beach, left hand side amongst the pebbles if its not sanded up
