Lead pendant ?

Hello all, first post on hear, been looking in for some time now, so thought it was about time I put the site to good use, I found this the other day, out with my old mucker, troutmasterfunk, cleaning the way for him, found on the beach, I think it was a pendant, as you can see where a hole would have been, but now tring to age it, so this is where the help is needed, I have another lead toy to put on later, also needs dating, thanks all, forgot to say, looks like a hawks claw on a ball.
