Just out of curiosity and to create debate.

You get out of your car on a wet Novembers morning, and you've been lucky having both ploughed and pasture ready for you to search. You go to the boot and reach in for your favourite machine - what do you pull out?

Come on lads and lasses of Detecting Wales.com!

Theres a 130 members and only 21 responses. I think it would be healthy for the site to see what everyone preference is.It can only help to inform and help each other with programmes and tips for your particular machine.

Cheers

My 1st machine was a Garrett Treasure ace 100
then a Minelab Abvantage pro and now an Exp 11
I like Minelabs because they have the most choice of models and because they sell in greater numbers then most manufacturers theres always a good selection of used machine and coils on Ebay  Grin

Last machine was an MXT, but for the last year been using a Teknetics T2. Very sensitive, and plenty of depth!

That's a bit unfair!
I use 2 machines but it depends on the land available.
I will use my XP for everything other than Stubble, if the field is in Stubble (Wheat) then I always use my MXT as it seems to cut through it better than the XP but for everything else including Maze Stubble I'll use the XP.
