The Vikings had a trading post at Haverfordwest but that don't mean you'll find anything Viking. Roll Eyes

Val

p.s.  stopped and had a Costa the other day and sat outside on the river bank to drink it. Just couldn't imagine a long ship tying up along side. Wonder is the river was bigger back then. Undecided

went on holiday to little haven in july and the oldest i found was a couple of year old 2 pound coin and some kids corgi cars nothing of any age at all.

HA !!!!  Did you think we didn't know about the Castles ??  I've tried several times to get permission near two of them and smiled sweetly while being told NO. Assholes.

Yes Mike, I know it is. Never had like this before. Thought I was having a heart attack a couple of nights ago. Never had a pain in my chest like it. Bought some plain yogurt today to try and settle things   UGH  it's enough to frighten anything off.  Also bought some gripe water on the advice of a friend. Don't laugh, it's not funny.
One way to loose some weight. I've lost 4lbs so far. Grin

John said much the same Al. Even insinuated I might put it to shame if all these remedies work at the same time. Embarrassed Cry    Didn't know it could hurt so much. How the heck does it get that far up. Thought it only ever went down  Roll Eyes

Actually, I think it's pay back for making fun of the asshole next door.  He was rushed off to Hospital in an ambulance a couple of weeks ago. Being neighbourly, John volunteered his help should it be needed. All was quiet for days and we wondered what, if anything, had happened.  Then I heard voices and thinking one of them was him I squinted through my peep hole in the fence. Yes, sure enough, he was back and mowing the grass.  We speculated  on his demise and I, very unkindly said he'd probably had wind as he's full of hot air.
Now that's a lesson on being unkind to others don't you think. Undecided  I'll keep my opinions to myself in future.

Val

p.s. it'd be a miracle Geoff and Bongela is a waste of money

Aww Val, hope you'll get better soon. Could it be a bad bout of IBS ? Nothing for it but a good long walk to get things moving  Wink
