my question at the start ,was to the seller .just being interested why he was getting rid of the machine ..wether it was too complicated or the ilke........never said it was overpriced or a bargain....we all have different ideas on performances of machines ............no harm meant fella

 Roll Eyes....having had the ctx for a few months now....and had the etrac in the past....as far as I am concerned the ctx is the best machine inland and beach I have ever had....balance is superb...depth outstanding....don't knock what you cant afford....regards

I don't know if the question is directed at me or not. But any way as I have said in my post selling due to not having the time to do  it justice. As for performance it is as good as the etrac if not better on very small items in very mineralized areas.
Plus the extras you get like geomap and store find locations.
And the pease of mind that your machine is 100% waterproof. We have a lot of rain here as you can see. Most machines are only shower proof.
