I was going to reply (on a tablet) on another forum, but writing on tablets is often fraught with mishaps, so it logged me out......grrr

Yes, it is domitian - maybe when I see it in hand I might be able to read the reverse legend clearly - Domitian had many variants of this type (Minera walking right holding shield and brandishing spear) but to nail it down to a type I need to be able to work out which 'IMP' designation and TRP - although from what I can remember of the reverse it looks like at least IMP XX, so towards the end of his reign.
