First short cross is York mint but the moneyer is not legible. The monarch is probably Richard I, class 4b.

Hi doc just looked and the Henry is smaller and has a much smaller head than the halfpenny in the book  Huh Is more the same size of Henry Iv or v farthing  Huh Cheers doc

There's nothing else that has this style of crown and the spiky hair than a Henry VIII halfpenny Spink 2356. Some more here:

The second short cross is a rather scarce one.

It's John, class 5b2, but the unusual thing about it is the mint which is Rochester.

The moneyer is Alisandre and the reverse reads ALISANDR ON RO
