hi everyone,just want to know.if when beach detecting the sand gets between the coil and its cover,does it tend to play up with false signals,as its been happening with me with my sov gt.thanks for any help.is it why some peaple silicone it together

Yes it can cause problems, and easy way to check is to turn your sensitivity down, if it still does it then pop some silicon around the cover, if it stops doing it at the lower sens then it's the beach and you need to run it lower Wink
