found this back in Nov 2005 its a swansea halfpenny not in the best condition for a copper whats new,18th-19th century traders token. on the obverse its  displays the towns distinctive castle with the its tower, weather -vane and dressed- stone arcaded parapet . While on the reverse its got the the name JOHN DRAPER &CO surrounds a key with a bow chatelaine. Smiley

Nice bit of social history there Kev,I must admit I like finding tokens the best to date is a Parrys mine one with the Druids head.Most of my other ones are fairly grotty!
