Beaches are a very good place to start with. Unfortunately nearest to hereford is Porthcawl about 1.5 hrs drive away. U also need a crown beach permit which is free online, Google it. Hereford farmland may be hard to find at the moment. A DW rally would be a good start or attend the hereford club a few times, get known, build your knowledge and apply to join perhaps.
