I have been trying to post a couple of pics. Everything seems ok until I post. I then get a message that says something like 'Uploader File is full. Try a smaller file or contact an administrator' The two pics are only about 100 kb so should be ok. Any ideas please as to what I may be doing wrong?

I had the same issue yesterday, and again this morning.  The message that comes up is

"The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator. "

I have noticed the last few days that the site is getting VERY slow. In some cases taking over a minute to refresh..
Don't know if the storage capacity allocated has been taken up. Perhaps this is part of the overall issue.
Not a technical person myself but just wondering?

I've made some adjustments and you should not have any further problems uploading pics.

A site like this will occasionally have slow episodes. This may be caused by excessive traffic or problems at our host. Sometimes slowness may be down to the user's own service provider or computer settings.

If lots of members are experiencing constant slowness let me know and I'll look into the cause.

I haven't noticed any slowness myself.
