sorry you must have misunderstood what i wrote, i had attempted to drop a pm but there was a verification box in the pm section that was not showing a verification code which was preventing me from sending a pm, but i have have since been able to send a pm and have recieved my reply, at no point was i complaining, appologies if you took it this way.

Don't worry I think most people understood what you meant, the PM system only works after you have made 3 (or 5?) forum posts which you have now done and should now work Wink

Great machine to start with don't think you will go far wrong with it. But one warning metal detecting is very addictive  Shocked lol  Smiley look forward to seeing pics of your finds  Smiley

hi scrupples....my advice is,listen to the guys and gals on here,they seem very friendly and helpful.Im new to this too,but Ive had my questions answered ,and received encouragement too.Dont be afraid to ask theres lots of knowledgeable people here......no good asking me though im still trying to locate the starting handle for my detector Grin
