The £1000 one on ebay was pulled as a text scam. I cant comment on pre-loved but I've not seen one under £1700 as yet Huh

This is now my last purchase of a detector I am going to used to it and keep it for three years at least. This will be my 5th metal detector in 3 years. 3 of them being brand new losing a fortune on them I must be mad but love the hobby. So I will sell it 3 years time for £1450 with a bit of luck
