I have tried to get info on this detector for some weeks but there is no answer on the phone i know that a few people have paid for the machne but have not received it after many weeks
anybody else had difficulty?

looks like daryn has been ill lately?

looks like a few grouchy customers on there waiting for their machines to arrive

I know 4 lads who been waiting 5/6 months for their machines and i believe their is a few hitches in Bulgaria....But you can understand them been grouchy  Roll Eyes

November 2012. All major BLISSTOOL production facilities operate again at full power.

Because of late deliveries and tension, we publish publicly below details about BLISSTOOL current schedule.

In the production now included a part of the new BLISSTOOL production facilities. In the coming months, will be made finalizing of the details and full implementation of the rest of the new production capacity in operation. In recent months, the entire BLISSTOOL team works 6 or 7 days a week with no vacations, in various processes of the production expansion and preparation of new batches. This will continue until: delivery of all current orders and the preparation of a large amount of inventory. The return of the shortest delivery time is BLISSTOOL main priority at the moment.

The big wait will soon be over:

/1/ To date 8 November 2012 had produced all BLISSTOOL detectors ordered and prepaid to date 7 November 2012. To date 30 November 2012, will end the final assembly of the last of them. There is also a small quantity for recovery of the warehouse which was empty at the time of the enlargement process in the period May 2012 - October 2012.

/2/ From today, 8 November 2012, and in the coming days, all manufactured detectors will be redirected to BLISSTOOL center for final testing and tuning, including calibration with the search coils contained in the individual orders. This process will continue during 13 November 2012 - December 2012, sequentially for each detector.

/3/ Then the BLISSTOOL detectors will be subjected to individual testing with extensive field tests showing 100% performance. This process will continue during 15 November 2012 - December 2012.

/4/ The next step is packing and sending to the client. This process will continue during 19 November 2012 - December 2012. The standard delivery is about 4 to 10 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination. Most emergency supplies (in order of priority) are to:
[2] a small number of our direct customers
[4] to all our other distributors
[5] all new orders

As you can see from the schedule described above, after the first sending, in a short period will be sent everything else, so most of our distributors will receive all ordered together.

For customers who have waited a few months and previously agreed to wait, mind that all ordered detectors have been produced and soon will be delivered.

About the fresh delay. On 24 September 2012, BLISSTOOL restore supply by completing individual small lots (batch), but then we have to stop this practice, in order to avoid much larger delays. Considering that we had a few new extra small obstacles, we stopped express completion of small lots and have concentrated on base completing of all available in production, what already has been done according to the information available above. This is the reason for what happened last delay. Meanwhile, we received requests for express delivery of small batches of almost all our distributors, but unfortunately we had to give up all these requests to avoid new long delays in the implementation of all late orders that has accumulated during our expansion. We understand that temporary damage to our distributors, but it was inevitable.

All current orders will be fulfilled in the period November 2012 - December 2012. Short delivery times for new orders are expected as early as January 2013.

As a reward for waiting, now all BLISSTOOL detectors include the following improvements:

1) Improved resistance to electromagnetic interference. This leads to easier operation for beginners, easier "hearing" of weak signals and better results on the field when operating in conditions of electromagnetic interference. Overall, this leads to a slightly better depth of detection.

2) New connector PHONES with gold-plated pins and higher quality.

3) Easier recovery of the factory protection from short circuit (factory protection that protects your BLISSTOOL metal detector of more serious damage). In individual detectors so far, few users have activated it, most often through: headphones defective, short circuit in the headphones, a serious blow to the box with the electronic block, a serious blow to the front panel of the electronic block. Signs are illuminated indicator BAT LOW and uninterrupted sound beep - beep - beep, although the LiPo charger indicates that the LiPo battery is undamaged and is fully charged. Because of the complexity of the restoration of this protection, demanded repair of the detector from us in Bulgaria, but now your detector can be repaired quickly, easily and safely also in the service centers of our distributors. To prevent such damage, please connect or disconnect your headphones from/to the connector PHONES, only with the metal detector OFF, and then turn it on. Also try to protect it from severe blow.

4) Potentiometers GROUND RUDELY and GROUND FINELY already captioned GROUND COARSE and GROUND FINE.

5) Improved volume adjustment by potentiometer VOLUME.

6) Many other small improvements.

Also, all customers who have received their order with a long delay, in the future will be entitled to receive special discounts from BLISSTOOL directly or through all BLISSTOOL distributors, on their future orders as a reward for their patience and assistance. For the waiting the longest time, the discount will be greatest. Expenditure on discount will be at BLISSTOOL expense.

In 2013, pending the launch of 7" (18 cm) BLISSTOOL DD search coil. For it will have special discounts.

New orders are being accepted with a deadline for execution of the order: at least December 2012 - January 2013.

Priority will be maintained only through prepayment of the order. Orders are fulfilled according to their prepayment.

We do everything possible to make things happen as quickly as possible. Production of quality metal detector with 100% guaranteed top performance is not so easy, is not very fast and is expensive. The emphasis on detail and ensuring productivity is what makes BLISSTOOL unique. This is why anyone who get it, says the wait is worth it.
