It's 16.5mm the same as the Rare Hanniballianus 'Euphrates' AE4 but I'm not sure..

Hi Steve, Metalmickey is right, your Roman coin isn't that as you describe, but is probably from the House of Constantine! The Reverse shows the Emperor with Standard and captive kneeling on ground to his left! There is by the looks of things enough detail on the obverse to give us the emperor, just need a better photo. I have to agree with the others, to me it's Constantine I with Jupiter/Mars/Emperor and captive. In fact I think it even says Constantine Huh
