Hi has anyone had any dealings with pentechnics.  Sent our compadre off for repair and got it back fixed I may add but with no service report in the box. Phoned them up and was told we don't do service reports I then asked well what was the fault then and was told no need to worry it was under warranty and we only tell the manufacturer. If this is the service to be expected from the Tesoro authorised repairer I will stay well clear of this brand when selecting machines in future. Was I just unlucky or has anyone else received a similar experience from pentechnics.

i think this is rather strange, I have not had any dealings with the company. I think your problem is a component issue and not user error. Next time it happens I would try and make sure it is fixed for free again (both in or out of warranty) this may be difficult if you are not aware of the fault in the first place. I would try and press them for a more satisfactory answer...more "than dont worry your pretty little head about it "!!!
