Hi everybody, my name is jeff i am the wrong side of 50 and i live in tonyrefail, I just joined this site, started detecting about 15 years ago with some success got a better detector which i used twice have got the bug again and need to get my feet muddy so i was wondering if there is anybody in the R.C.T. area who would like a bit of company 1 sat/sun.

hi jeff.....welcome to the forum........if you would like to know of a detecting club in RCT....there is one on your doorstep......the rhondda club , better known as RARE , they hold  meetings at the trehafod and district social club every fortnight.....it's the club opposite the heritage park.....turn up around 7.30 and you will be made welcome.......i'm sure you'll find someone to go detecting with there...the next meeting is on wednesday aug 1st ... if you do come along ask for me... "byron"....i'll introduce you to some members from the rhondda area.... ......all the best......byron
