Target Pinpointing technique for DD Coils like the Garret

I came across these two target sizing and pinpointing tutorials which I thought might be useful for those that are just starting out and haven't practiced the black art of pinpointing. Judging by the size of some of the holes I saw on recent rallies there are some seasoned detectorists who might benefit also Grin

They are produced by Garret and feature the Garrett Metal detectors with the 11"x8" DD coils (double D shape) but the general techniques and principles are equally applicable to other coil types and other makes of detectors .
