Well, with land being in short supply at the moment I decided to send of the coil for my T2 to Pentechnics yesterday, it's been playing up for a while now, so off it went Smiley After a busy morning of errands I found myself at a bit of a loose end at lunchtime, and the Mrs was getting fed up of me moping around and being generally useless, her words not mine! Cheesy I really wanted to do some detecting, but with the T2 out of action and all my productive land under a good 6" of crop my options were limited to say the least, my only choice was to grab Mrs H's Golden Mask and head off to a small 2 acre pasture field that I haven't really bothered with as yet. I wasn't expecting much, so was nicely surprised when my first dig was a pretty good condition Nuremberg Jetton, things getting even better when I dug the nicest clothes fastener I've ever found, complete with enameling, that came out at 9" and I was starting to get a bit of respect for this little machine! Smiley A couple more hours saw me pull a nice livery button with very unusual reverse barred 'N's to the back, and about 15 greenies. This field must have the site of the village fayre or fete at some point, needless to say I'll be back there again soon Grin

Well done Herbie it looks as if you got your "fix" and then some and just goes to show that the type of machine you use lessons in importance when you have a good site Wink
