I am thinking of changing my detector from a xterra 70 to a safari does any one have any advice is there any advantage or would I be better off by getting a extra coil for my xterra.
Thanks

Hi florin Smiley a change of coil to either of the frequency 10 1/2 DD coils will make a big difference for you over the 9" 7.5khz concentric standard coil.

Just like to add the 10 1/2 widescan 7.5khzs is a excellent all rounder and WIlLL find the smallest of hammered, and is very deep, there was a occasion when that coil picked a denarius up nearly a foot down!!! Fisher-75 could'nt see it, I know this as fact because I dug it.  Smiley and I had the Fisher-75!!!
