I was one of the few who put any finds in the finds display cupboard. There was very little else put in there all day.

Yes I found a roman grot, a Henry V111 groat, and a Nuremburg token. along with a load of small lead scraps and bronze casting waters.

But the only thing I was happy about was the fact I had managed to get a bus there with the RARE boys and girls otherwise I would have had to spend about £50 quid on deisel.

Lots of grumping on the bus coming away when most people found nothing.

well yes i had some nice finds there.......even if i didn,t find anything it woz a great time 2 catch up with friends.....and a dig in a place i hadn,t dug before...looking 4ward 2 the next and the next..... Shocked Shocked
