A lovely find Detectski, there are no known silver coins of Edward V but I think you are spot on with a halfgroat of Edward III London mint Wink

Cheers all,
21.5mm diameter, half groat I think
any way to narrow the year closer than 1327 - 1377, from the series, mintmark maybe?

Beauty of a coin mate. One glance I had that as an eddy 3 groat and whoopee I was right.

that condition they get good money well pretty good if it goes for sale.

great find had a broken one myself once.
