i have found the precious at last

howdoo dirt burglers.after 18 months of looking for the precious ,the "one ring to rule them all" i have found it at porthcawl.its a replica of the one in the lord of the ring films.i think its gold plated or just gold coloured but pretty cool anyway lol.
i've checked fleabay and they sell for around 25 quid.weehee beans for tea then back out tonight for more.

Nice One Mike.
I went down Aberavon today and had a few interesting finds.Some bullet heads down quite a depth and two other finds that amazed me.One was a George v penny and the other a 1971 halfpenny.With all those tides I find it incredable that stuff with age can still be found.
Well done on the ring Mike might bump into you one day.

I saw this guy earlier today in Porthcawl, he asked me if I'd found a ring? He wasnt too happy! Shocked

Well done Mike - I had a silver one a few years ago with the design just on the outside.

Keep at it - I paid a visit to Barry today giving the Surfmaster PI and airing, but not a lot to be had although I did see three other detectorists there - one I had a chat with and he was wearing a DW badge- not sure of your user name sorry mate. Hope you did better after I left for Lamb cooking duties.
