Hi guys
Got a few hours in today found some musket balls some old pennys and half pennys. A buckle and this nice item but gutted its claws snapped off in my bag  Angry

It looks like a glorified snake buckle to me, it's pressed rather than cast so I would say it's not that old. It could even prove to be from a child's cowboy set (cavalry).
