looks like constantius the ii. type AE1  There again I'm not good at id'ing Roman coinage .

21mm it's an AE2.
Not sure I would give a definite Emperor but can be sure it's house of Constantine, so 4th century, my bet would be on Constantine himself with the reverse depicting Victory advancing right, holding trophy and branch, spurning seated captive.
