This looks like it once had a pin on the back but now missing. Tested it for Silver. Any clues?

Sorry Morley I thought someone would of answered this one by now. Well it's punched so relatively modern and I don't think any one would miss the likeness to a wheel. It has what could be a fork and a possible chain (or part of) the chain and tread is represented by the patterning which in turn I think are mimicking a more expensive design as below;
