The coin/Token is about the size of a cartwheel penny

Wow well done Joel, well forget  the coin rubbish Grin that heraldic pendant is a beauty, 14-15th century. The arms should be traceable, brilliant find Wink
Oh and the round thing.....um.....urr....no idea, but not old.

Cheers Geoff. As to the arms, with my eyes i can't make out anything on it so as to tracing it i wouldn't have a clue where to start.

Does the green of the eagle appear to be enamel or just corrosion?

Well found Jan thank you. And looks to be corrosion to me Geoff.

The red looks like enamel.

I am no expert at this, but the number of possibilities are relatively small, so a real expert would probably have little trouble (if it was English in the first place and not brought back from the 100 years war as a memento) The only one I have found so far that matches gives the name of Adam De Chevening.
