Found this on Berrow Beach sunday, Measures 25mm and weighs 10grams think its been cast.

Now you would have to do a bit of research on this one but I can point you in the right direction. I believe it's a representation of the Polish White Eagle and the bottom area does have similarities to an anchor, which is what their navy buttons represent. Now given that this button is older than 20 years then it must date back at least to WW II as the  Polish Eagle was Banned during the communist era.
But and it's a big BUT, whether it's a military button or a fashion copy from a more recent time is another thing.
