£900 is the sale price from JA.

No wonder many haven't been seen! 

There's other 14khz detectors from established makes that are nearly half that.

It was me Mike.  As far as I can remember I'm the only one who's been 'Put in their place'  by a N.T.Warden. Embarrassed

I was about to dig at the top of the beach which she really didn't like very much. She did indicate that the beach was more acceptable even though the Crown Licence didn't cover that part. That was by Pendine, nearer to me.

I had a look on their site and as far as I can see they seem to be responsible for all that coast line. They don't provide a site map though so there could be stretches that are clear. They have a photographic tour which might give you a better idea. There are places shown whos names I don't recognise but you might.
