Hi.

just wanted to say a big thank to roman ray MChammered for inviting me on an outin with them, The day started at 9am at the farm then straight into a cup of coffee as we were given the run down of what whas found previously.  First field produced old George penny lots of lead and buttons i have a nice one with a enamel rose on it as seen in photo only to see Ray had one too.  Second field was really interesting as i found an old cannon and something else not sure what? as well as more buttons and two silver thimbles and a buckle.  By this time i was being lead back to the car for more coffee and food.  The afternoon was very quiet not very much to be had but not for the luck of trying! Last field produced more george coins for all of us I'm sure ray and mark have other finds to share.

Great finds. I like the toy cannon, the enamelled button is a cracker and the buckle's OK as well.

The other item could be a pipe tamper.
