Urges aside Bob - new ideas eh lean machine Cheesy
Too thin now though I  reckon - get some weight on your bones Bobby  Wink
Doc didn't mean it you know - you never were fat but just right  Wink  he was only playing with your psyche  Smiley  the pasties you gave him helped - I had some too!!!  nice one Mrs Bobby Grin

You made me smile!  Smiley

I'm toying with the idea of getting an Excalibur to do underwater and beach detecting when I go on holidays. The finds should be even better and I'll get bothered less by people if I can get out wading.

Not only that, but it'll be cooler detecting in the water.

I used to do a lot of running (done the London 4 times) and piles of half marathons, etc. I'm getting back into it as
the weight has a tendency to stay on more as you get older.

Me and the Doc started teasing each other about weight. He was tucking into the pasties at our club Christmas party and was quite cuddly around the belly, shall we say?

The all inclusive holidays don't help but I've started using the gym on them to burn off a few calories. Taff is
looking well on his new regime. He's my inspiration!  Grin

You are crazy Bob - I thought you were joking at first! Smiley

I think a bit of a light clean and some wax may have had a better result personally, but it is all down to the individual.

I got a feeling if Potty Paul stumbles across this thread - you may well join the growing ranks of those DW members that have been "Barforded!"

He's too busy chasing Avalon at the moment!  Grin

Nobody listens to him anymore. Even the archaeologists have had enough of his rantings. He's a figure of fun.
