You probably would get more than that on E-Bay if it is in good condition.

Allow about £40 for ebay fees and another £40 for paypal fees (depending on final sale value) - but still worth it with the amount of interest it wll generate on Ebay.

I know this because I have recently sold one on Ebay.

Good luck!

I would sooner let someone have a bargain price than pay £80 fees. Thanks anyway.  The detector is in mint condition.

I agree robbing s@ds but the way I look at it where else can you reach that many people with your sale items. As I said cost me about £80 in fees but I achieved far more than I hoped to get for my ETrac.

Is this lovely machine still for sale, if it is I'll buy it off you.  I have just rekindled my interest in detecting having a really old cscope 1220B.

I hate giving ebay 80 pence let alone 80 quid the dirty rotten thieving barst....!!!  Angry

For nowt you could try Gumtree (expect the occasional weirdo to mail you) eBid, completely useless for what I've had for sale on there but you might get lucky or Preloved I did get lucky selling there, got rid of a kids quad bike.... yay..

I say hit all the free advertising websites first, if all else fails..... ebay it.... just a thought..  Smiley

Have sent you a p.m. Another member has first refusal as they contacted me first, just trying to sort out travel arrangements. Will let you know how it goes.  Smiley
