Hi peter

Perhaps you could put an accuate id on this cut-half? I'm thinking it might be a Scottish short-cross coin but any more information would be great.

Nice find Jay. Looks like William the Lion, short cross and stars issue. I can't make out enough of the reverse to see the moneyer - any chance of a larger/sharper pic?
