Had this message on Internet Explorer when on the forum today:

"An add-on for this website failed to run. Check the security settings in Internet Options for potential conflicts"

I have Windows XP, IE8.

What is the add-on that failed to run and is it of any significance?

I only ever use Mozilla Firefox after a computer security expert recommended it to me 18 months ago.

I've never had any problems with it and recommend it to others.

Check the pop up settings in IE Peter. Sometimes the pop up blocker setting can cause faults in script handling. I use firefox these days only because it doesnt have a problem handling university database access like IE. Some of the settings in firefox can be a bit fiddly but flash earth is quicker than Google earth when using it.

They were excellent Bob, with loads more filling than shop-bought corned beef pasties. Tell Mrs RJM 9.5 out of 10  Smiley

They're best served hot. May be a 10 then!  Grin

She does a wicked adult trifle but it's not advisable to drive after enjoying it!  Grin

Never mind, you and Gwil will have all the pies and pasties at the Scan meeting seeing as they're
limited to committee members only.  Wink

Please can you open the buffet before Ken gets up to talk as last time the sarnies had gone stale
