I think you mean pasture?

You'll cause World War 3 by that question as most think they have the best machine! It depends how
much you want to spend to start with, how much weight (or not) you want to lug about, and if the area
is laden with iron or highly mineralised.

If you can pick up a cheap Minelab multi-frequency second hand that will be a good start.
