Detecting finds found this week.

Hi All, been out twice this week for a few hours and have found some lovely finds, don't know what it is but it just feels like I have been totally in tune with my machine. My first day out I found my first Lizzy Halfgroat, 1584-1586, was so excited, you can see my clod shot. I also found a whistle and is in good working order still. I went out this afternoon, and I found yet another hammered, unbelievable, I couldn't see what hammered I found till I cleaned it back home, and I have found another Lizzy Halfgroat, can't believe my luck, never find the things and then two in one week, so weird. This one is minted in 1602, so a very late issue. I also found a spur, nearly complete, and I have a picture of when I first saw it in the ground, can you see it! And there is a lead/pewter bird? I have no idea what its function would have been or how old it is. Unfortunately its head is broken off, but I was very lucky to try and figure what I had found straight away before moving on, and about 2 minutes of trying figure it out, I ended up holding it the right way, and realised what it was, so put my probe in and lucky enough its head was in the hole still, else I would have had a headless chicken or bird lol. Any ideas on my bird? I also found a very small Livery Button for a change, and it has an arm holding what looks like to either be holding a skinny bird or a snake or something like that? Who's been a busy boy then ? Well done Jon some lovely finds there and congrats on the hammies. Nice to see the dry ground is still giving up it's goodies.
