Out today with Jay, some of the better finds include two hammered, an annular brooch, and a William III love token.  Jay also had the good fortune to find a medieval seal matrix.

Thanks guys, it was a long day but worth it.  Jay also found some other interesting items, including part of a Bronze Age Axe head, a bronze figurine of an owl or cat, which ill post pics of when I have time, some worn milled silver and a silver button.  Going to give the site another visit sometime this week to see what else comes up.   Cool

Well done Mark - cracking finds for you both mate - congratulations. Well done on the seal matrix - high on my wish list.

The amount of bloody Love Tokens Johnny finds is rediculous! I'm still waiting for my first silver one!

I'd like to see the bronze owl/cat - any chance of a photo?

I'll bell you this evening

Cheers
