Hi Charlie. I'm new to Detecting Wales. I have a Garrett Ace 250 and I think it's good. It picks up on everything and my friend found a sovereign with  a Garrett 150. I haven't been so lucky but I think it's where I hasn't got much to find. Good luck. Cheers, Laserlady

Is there anyone in Carmarthen metaldetecting who fancys showing a newby how to use his metal detector properly .ive had a metal detector for over a year and it has been sat in a cubord I would like to get into it .I don't know what I need and where to go .so if anyone's bored one weekend let me know,cheers Dave
