Roman Duck Billed Pencil Sharpener

Whilst Handyman was busy recovering his Antonininiuminuminitus thingy; the Deus, which had been busy hoovering up the grots all day, decided to throw us a curved one in the shape of a Roman pencil sharpner wearing a lovely green overcoat. It is 15mm on the longest side. Then, right next to it, up popped a little duck headed thingy approx 10mm long also wearing the obligatory green colour scheme for this site.

Never seen anything like these before so if anyone can shed some light on them please Huh
