found this yesterday, its a commemorative item for the borough of wednesbury ,conservative victory 1931....
we had a few other bits,viccy pennies,georgev halfpenny,lead seals,georgian shoe buckle and a heart shaped horse brass Smiley  ....and yes! we were on land not the beach!
