Had a few hours out today, not a lot to show but did manage to get a Roman minim and a radiate coin, also  what I initially thought was my first complete bronze axe head lying on the surface only to find it had been broken Cry I have found pieces of bronze age including parts of  axe heads from this field  but still awaiting a complete one, perhaps if and when this field is ever ploughed again it will bring one to the surface it’s been a good field producing bits of Celtic and early roman but since it was last ploughed 5 years ago finds have really diminished so I live in hope of changing farming practices Grin

Well done Paul nice one. I found a blade back in the summer so all we need now is someone to find a middle and we'll be sorted, I'll bring the superglue Wink
