Title: AN-19/2 MINE DETECTOR Post by: mickycoin "mick" on March 16, 2009, 09:35:17 AM hi everyone, i have come across a AN-19/2 mine detector, its all there in a nice green carry case. i think it was made in 2003. my question is "who makes them" ?? and "would they be any good for the type of detecting that we do"?? there is only the detonator in a mine normally copper, so it should pick up small objects. the box is belt mounted, 4x 1.5 batteries also head phones sorry no shovel, probably carry a body bag mick
