If ever there was another side to the story of how unfair the Treasure rules are, this is it.
O.K. so the finder and, I assume, the land owner get a good deal but if anything should have been declared Treasure this should.
What  a work of art and it will probably go abroad and never be seen again.
Sad, very sad.
